Yes. We directly bill through Telus e-health and Pacific Blue Cross.
No. You pay for your treatments and send the bills to ICBC.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Billing.
We do not accept cash, cheques or debit cards
Once you have booked your appointment time, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation as this appointment was reserved for you. Prior to 48 hours you can log into your account and cancel your appointment. This allows people on the wait list enough time to get notification and book an appointment.
No shows and late cancellations are subject to full appointment fees
We are located at 1207 Madison Ave 6 blocks west of Hastings and 3 blocks west of Willingdon Avenue in Burnaby.
Yes. There is lots of street parking available.
Prior to your treatment we will discuss your health history, your goals, concerns, objectives and any relevant conditions related to your massage therapy treatment. Assessment will also be done prior to the Massage Therapy treatment
When you arrive at the office, please have a seat in the reception area and your therapist will retrieve you for your appointment. Take a moment to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of water or tea while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the clinic
Yes. Once you have successfully booked an appointment through the online link, you will receive a booking confirmation via email as well as a case history form to fill out via email. PLEASE fill out all forms prior to your appointment. They do not take long and are Required by law. The best time to fill out the forms are as soon as you receive them, so you DO NOT forget. Please fill in the fields as best as you can. The more details and information you provide, the therapist is better able to provide you with a safe and effective treatment plan.
If you choose not to fill out the case history form online, please show up 15 prior to your appointment time, as you are required by law to fill out the case history form and informed consent to treatment prior to your treatment.
